• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery or pickup
• Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled, in original packaging
• Customer responsible for return freight/shipping costs
• 20% restocking fee may apply
• Special orders, installed units, custom products, and clearance items are non-returnable
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or correct at no cost
